FAQ
Do I need a membership?
No. Book any single session. Memberships are packs of 4, 6 or 8 sessions that cost less per visit.
Can I bring friends?
Yes. Ice bath has duo sessions, Fire and Fire & Ice go up to three people, and you can book different treatments side by side.
What should I bring?
Sportswear, a change of clothes and a plastic bag for wet things for ice sessions, and water for the sauna. Towels and showers are provided.
Evove or Elevate member?
Active Evove Gym, Elevate Fitness and Evove Academy members get 10% off eligible sessions. Book with the phone number on your membership.
How do I book?
Pick your treatments and a time online, then pay by bank transfer. We confirm once we've checked your payment.
Can I cancel or move a booking?
Yes, from your booking page until 2 hours before. Moving adds a 10% fee; cancelling a paid booking refunds 90%.
